Purchase included 30 days of game time

Blizzards customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have an issues with a purchase I made. It included a free month of game time and my game time is nowhere to be seen. Can’t open a ticket cause I don’t see the option to do so.

You might just have to give your purchase a little bit to process. Check the purchase history in account management, but it can take 24 hours.

If after 24 hours, purchase failure would be the way to go.

Let’s try our own thread instead of jumping into an existing one that has nothing to do with the subject.

Generally speaking, for purchase issues, Bismofunyuns, you’d look under the “Payment” category. There is a “purchase failure” option there that would fit what you are experiencing.

That said, what makes you believe you didn’t receive the game time? Did you check your Account Management page? From what I can see you have game time up through 11/9 21:16 UTC.

Your post is several hours old, so you may have figured it out, but I wanted to make sure.
