Purchase Failure?

Purchased the Diablo 4 upgrade lmonths ago and have never received the decor items. Checked all toons and mail, nothing. Opened a support ticket on the web, nothing they could do but said to open one in game. Opened a ticket in game, said there’s nothing they can do but said to open one on the web…
How do you get support from a company that doesn’t seem to have any viable support channels?

same. pretty annoying. coming back to wow for the first time since Dragonflight and I see a lot of things haven’t changed.
