It’s a good thing that the expansion is still months away if they’re needing to make sweeping balance changes like this.

SL isn’t even close to being finished and now they are in the “tuning phase” of convenants. Warlock choices decimated! Rogues still getting totally new abilities! My own class having a few small changes basically swapping Kyrian’s class ability with Night Fae as top tier(NF is still probably better overall due to Soulshape but screw faries).
This release is gonna be a mess.

That or they’re re-writing the story to fit around locked covenants and continuing to balance 
SL has been delayed so now they can #untangletheripcord or whatever Ion said.

Where do you guys see any notation about design being changed? The delay is about the bugs and balancing not about “Pulling the Ripcord”. I think they would have a uproar if the removed power from them. Its one of the core features and to gut the feature would be enough for people to cancel and move on.
