Legions of faceless casuals that happen to not make threads about it and instead its the same lumpy few cutting-edge players that keep spamming the same issue every other week.
I’m sure that’s the case.
So then stop trying to change the game then, lol. I don’t get this mentality where I’m the one being petty, but I’m also not the one asking the devs to change the game before it comes out.
1st, we’re mostly on Beta and get to see how impactful they are without any swapping restrictions which is how we know how bad it’s going to feel to not be able to swap.
2nd, we’ve seen hard restrictions in the shiny new system over and over and over and they always fail at the start and are fixed to be how we originally asked them to be after a tier or two.
If they fix them before the expansion launches, you can still stick to your one covenant. What we want does not change what you get.
There is a lot to like about Shadowlands, we don’t just hate it because it’s new. We hate it because there is so much about it that is going to be predictably bad.
You can just search “Covenants” under latest topics and compare how many positive feedback threads there are to all the negative ones. Keep burying your head in the sand
I was thinking more like how everyone knew Legendaries in Legion were going to be bad and they were, how everyone knew Azerite Traits being permanent would’ve been bad so they changed it, how Azerite Traits were implemented originally was going to be bad and it was, how Essences not being BoA was going to be bad and it was, and how Corruptions were going to be a fiesta and they were.
Cata, MoP, Wrath, and TBC did not have the same borrowed power systems that all of these expansions do. Bad attempt at a comparison.
I just realized you’re the same guy that said nothing about video games can be hard unless it’s PvP and immediately realized I’ve been talking to a troll.
I will agree that borrowed power feels bad, and would prefer they bring back full fledged talent trees, but they seem less than inclined to do that after they neutered them at the end of MoP.
Considering the complaints in these threads are about locking borrowed power it kinda matters.
Anyway, that’s enough with you. Not going to engage mr. “HAHA THE MDI ISN’T HARD AT ALL” any more. Same guy saying nothing about raiding can ever be difficult also has to make threads asking “HAY GUYS WHERE DO I GET HASTE VERS WEP?!”
I’m sorry, but it can’t be super hard if every team does the same exact thing at the same exact time with little-to-no difference. That’s not compelling gameplay and it shows through MDI’s viewership.
Didn’t ask where, just point out that there were very few. Big difference.
