Third boss I think the fight just has no healing. Trash afterwards, sure. Perfect place for it if you do both at once.

Sounds like a douche player that’s still learning how to play resto shaman. That being said, the affix is on everyone and I’d bet a couple of your guildies could/should be helping with it. Almost any aoe stun/interrupt works.
And we were, but I was on my hunter and my implosion trap has a travel time to it to get the affix, otherwise I had to also use my interrupt and stun which could only take care of 1 each. Mage has two abilities that require getting in melee range of the affix for them to work. Evoker and DK were assisting as well.
I was just explaining to him that while he was trying to help with it, it wasn’t doing anything and thunderstorm or cap totem would be the abilities they’d want to use on it.
Group activity requires the entire group to participate. The affix wasn’t the issue, I was just using it as an example as to how the healer behaved.

The buff from doing the affix is more than worth the trip to Narnia to get them
people who do m+ know exactly what’s meant. nobody is going to type out “mythic+ priory of the sacred flame at level 12” when “12 priory” or “12 psf” works just as well.
Youre barely a 2k player,the difference bwteen pugging with you and pugging with someone using the one button rotation wouldnt even be noticeable.
While I completely agree with you, this seems to be a very silly notion to many. Not everyone, but many players.
I think if anyone is going to PUG into a group of guildies, they need to be very thicked skinned and understand that there will be critique. Only because the guild is used to playing together and the PUG is basically a visitor.
I would welcome guidance, but I’m not everyone else. I play very differently than many.
