Quick PSA:
The Saber Slash tooltip does not include the language about ramping damage on Sinister Strike or Saber Slash, but still has the same damage ramp up as we have on Live. At three stacks it does double damage just like it does at five stacks on Live.
That is all. As with all things PTR, don’t immediately assume every tooltip or skill interaction is accurate.
