PTR Heirloom Upgrades cost 15000g and 22500g

Wouldn’t this dig into the enchanter’s market? A lot of people sell on the AH, many of them older ones like Glorious Stats for chest, as it’s still rated as the best.

My fallback is “it is a reasonable cost” for an item that is nice but not necessary. You still fail to grasp that.

It’s not a reasonable cost though.

To you.

I think we’ll consider this the proverbial “last word”.

They reduced the costs across the board. Thank the Nine.

It’s been reduced

SOOOOOOO much this.

Now with the updated prices I can agree with you… :stuck_out_tongue:

Oh my.

Do you guys really desperately need heirlooms for 110-120? I only find 1-80 really necessary… everything after that is pretty fast.

Makes me happy i got all the classes i wanted already at 120 but ouch to altoholics.

This means more wow tokens for Blizz and/or more time played cus less XP, either way Blizzard wins.

I more enjoy it for ease of use. I enjoy leveling as a pastime sometimes and heirlooms just make it smoother. That and when they change the character cap per server here soon it will make things easier for the multiple ones I would like to make.

Wow, blizzard fixed this on the ptr within a few days of people complaining.

Wonder why they cant change classes then…

Yeah, this makes no sense at all, but good luck getting a car.

Perhaps it wasn’t broken in the first place, the numbers weren’t accurate, and it was a planned edit?

I mean, that’d be the logical assumption rather than “heirlooms had their prices fixed but not classes!”

This reminds me of the Dilbert cartoon where the boss is complaining their competitors can make 100 toasters in an hour but it takes his team a month to make just 1 airplane.

The gold cost change was a numerical change.

Half the specs just need numerical changes to feel better. What do you not understand about this?

They could easily make it just like the engineers tinkers that don’t take up an enchant slot.
