PT2 of Unlocking Mechagnome Allied Race Achievement

Someone decided that the only 2 replies I received for my situation were ‘solutions’ - and gave them little upvotes and essentially shut my problem down.

They are not solutions. They solved nothing and now ‘the system’ won’t even let me reply to the last reply to ask for clarification.

So I’ve had to start a PT 2 to the thread because the first one is being ignored.

I have completed every single requirement for the Mechagnome Allied Race.

Wowhead’s database verifies it

I don’t know anything about an ‘ambassador quest’ in my capital city - I’ve certainly not started any such thing - and it’s not listed as a requirement for this allied race.

I have completed every Allied race Achievement for the Alliance.

All I’m trying to ascertain is why the system is not allowing me to create a Mechagnome when I’ve fulfilled all the requirements?

Uh, your other thread is not locked, there was no reason to open a completely new thread?

And it wasn’t being ignored. You had some people chiming in. This forum is one for players to assist other players. You are not guaranteed a response from one of our SFAs, though they try to help on any they can. But opening multiple threads is akin to spamming, especially if your original thread is still open and unlocked. Likely the culprit is some other allied race quest chain in progress or a dropped quest somewhere, but that isn’t something us as other players can necessarily see.

It’s locked to me. It won’t allow me to ask the last person to clarify.

At the time of this post, they were the last one to reply. Their Trust Level may not be high enough yet for them to reply back to back.

Im suspecting ur on another allied race quest that u started and have in ur quest log or u abandoned a perticular allied quest and forgot about that.

Fair enough, my apology in that part, but it still wasn’t being outright ignored. Sometimes it takes time for people to dig or figure out what’s what.

I don’t know anything about trust levels but I’m no stranger to WoW, having played off and on since 2009.

You have not completed the quest line to accept them into the Alliance on the character you mentioned (assuming the server was Aman’Thul-- you left that part out and it was the only level 54 paladin by that name returned on the Armory).

Continue from this quest.

**EDIT: Thank you, Ekon - I think that might be what’s missing, despite Wowhead not noting it.

Trust Level refers to how this iteration of the Forums work (as it runs off of Discourse software). It pertains strictly to how you interact with the Forums themselves, not the game.

More info about Trust Levels can be found at the links below:

As far as I’m aware, WoWhead only shows whether your character fits the requirements (or attunement, if you will) to proceed with unlocking them, not that they’ve already been unlocked.

I get that that can be confusing sometimes.
