Hey, their house and their rules. I don’t see anyone who may have lost TL3 complaining about moderation activities here…instead I see relating an experience as an opportunity to warn others not to make the same mistake.
Make no mistake about that, Dekkar - this is a warning to other TL3 holders so they don’t inadvertently lose privileges.

I would like to point out that it is legal in the state that Blizzard is based out of. As such these forums can be considered under california and not whichever state or country each individual poster resides in.

Pfft, this is the US. If it’s illegal in your state, just take a trip to the nearest state where it’s legal and smoke up.

Diablo has “Narlant Weed”. Gheed gossiped about smoking Narlant Weed until all earthly sense has left his body.
Diablo is a Blizzard game.
Maybe calling it “Narlant Weed” will keep you safe.
The argument I hear made often is that while Blizzard is headquarted in CA, they are incorporated in Delaware, which has not legalized it.
Many companies are actually based in Delaware, on paper, because of a favorable tax climate or other paperwork chicanery.
Don’t get me wrong. I “partake” now and then, and I believe it should be legal. I am just stating the argument people make for avoiding the topic.
