I had the same issue, put in a ticket, and still have not received my code. This happened over 3 days ago.

Did you ever get a reply from twitch? I got a reply I think 48 to 72 hours after I put in my ticket. I also signed in with my twitch when I put it in. But I had a code pop up. I think the notification code is just taking forever to get sent.

Is the code supposed to be sent immediately or should I wait a day? I just did the gift 2 subs thing about 30 mins ago. Double checked to make sure the streamer I gifted 2 subs was on the list on the WoW article.

Were they livestreaming WoW at the time? That is an additional requirement for eligibility and Twitch does not block you from gifting or subscribing an offline streamer.

Otherwise, most accounts I’ve seen is that the code was delivered almost instantly.

Yeah, they were, and still are. I just did this about 30 mins ago.

Just saw your edit, gonna contact twitch customer support. Man what a pain, I don’t mind streamer or video game influencers, but I don’t like twitch.

I’d say give it a couple of hours before you go sending off tickets. I know mine took just about an hour to the minute when I got mine the other day. Some people get it immediately, a lot of folks get a delay.

Ah that’s good to know, but I’m afraid I already sent a ticket >_<, hopefully twich understands the mind of a WoW pet collector LOL

i gifted 6 subs total. its been 11 hours. sent a ticket, no response by twitch.

Same thing. I submitted a ticket but received a response (that I didn’t meet the requirements, though they can’t tell me what I didn’t meet). Streamer was on the approved list, was live, I wasn’t anonymous. Pretty frustrating.

Same, for me and BF. Approved streamer, live, right time frame, gifted 2 subs under my name, and nada.

I was extremely diligent in following all of the directions (list of eligible streamers, have to be live streaming, has to be WoW, have to purchase 2 subs, can’t be anonymous, etc.) as I am new to Twitch. Got hosed as well. Put in a ticket yesterday and heard back that I didn’t meet the criteria, despite offering screenshots. I realize it’s not Blizz’s fault, but Twitch is a hot mess and this particular promotion was a failure. I had no issues with the “watch a stream” promotions, but now I’ve wasted money on something I have no interest in (Twitch) to not receive the pet. I don’t care about the $11 or whatever, it’s more the principle of feeling bilked by Twitch. Hope these promotions aren’t the direction for the future.

Check your twitch invoice you got in your email and see if it doesnt have the date 12/13/2022. I gifted two subs Monday night at 8:59pm CST and the date on the invoice shows 12/13/2022. I contacted twitch about it and I also made a post on this forum about it you can see my screenshots there. Regarding Ichabod Code if purchased on 12/12/2022

I put in a ticket and received one response that I did meet the requirements and just needed to wait until it had been 24 hours and to let them know if I still hadn’t gotten it after that, but since I reached back out they have completely stopped responding. I put in a second ticket as well.

The more tickets they get they might notice their mistake with the invoice dates.

Check your invoice date you got from twitch if it shows 12/13/2022 thats why. for some reason there date is 1day ahead. So it show the event over.

Yeah it’ll be this. I only got paid last night and gifted 2 subs at around 9pm PST, my Twitch wallet shows as 12/13 even though it was done on 12/12.

Yeah i donated to Pandatv 2 subs last night at 7:35 pm pst no code sent to me or anything and the stupid emails are also dated 12/13 which doesn’t make sense because it wasnt even 12/13 in EST and the promotion was supposed to be active until 11:59 PM PST. I put in a ticket and was pretty much told oh yeah it takes 24 hours but it doesnt its instant i talked to a bunch of people. Waiting back on it.
