I had 4 numbers/letters on one line and the rest of the code on a second line.

Didn’t see the first 4 of the code right away.

what does this mean? for some reason i am having trouble redeeming the code. there is like 4 sets of 4 letters/numbers and a fifth set with 5 letters/numbers.

are we supposed to put the dashes as well in the code redemption box? it keeps telling me “We can’t process this code at this time. Please try again later.”

Why would I gift subs and help a streamer who is already getting to play in the Dragon Isles, simply because they’re a streamer…
Weird that ALL streamers have magically gotten to Dragon Isles while the rest of us wait on the never-arriving zep.

Possibly, but most folks seem to be leaving out digits, hyphens, or just not picking up on the whole number.

i was finally able to redeem it after several tries! thank you. im thinking it is probably related to a lot of people trying to redeem at the same time as well right now. thanks for the responses!
