I believe it’s up until 5PM EST, 2PM PST, but don’t quote me on that. I already completed it.

This quest is very rare, so get it while you can!

From the looks of it the WQ for this achievement pops up once every 5 weeks.

2 Hours 32 minutes left according to WoWhead AND “Getting Out of Hand” has 6 hours and 32 minutes remaining, again according to WoWhead. I’ll check on a Horde Alt to be sure.

I’m not seeing “Getting out …” on any Horde Alts.
