There is something dodgy going on with trading right now where players can alter what’s in the trade window once accepted.
I don’t know how they are doing it but it’s going rampant on Dreamscythe right now.
This is just a caution to those out there to avoid trading other players that you do not know, do not get scammed.

This happened to one of our guildies. He had to put in two tickets to get his gold refunded.

Yes happened to a guildie as well and the person was outed on the Dreamscythe Discord with screenshots etc, someone recorded it.

No surprises it’s on Nightslayer too… I’ve tried to warn people but people still getting caught out.

It’s an old trick. They wait for you to accept first. Then they quickly change something and immediately accept. The change will undo your accept, but lot of ppl just think they did something wrong or forgot to accept and get rushed by seeing the other side of the trade is green and is waiting for them accept n press accept again without double checking the change.

Yeah its definitely a form of cheating, not just scamming someone.

This EXACT SCAM works on Era, and theyve been doing it on Era since Era didnt exist and it was just “classic”
