Yeah I actually logged onto my Tichondrius Druid and played him and it was fine. Just can’t see any characters on Proudmoore? I’ve done a lot of different steps, unplugged my router, etc. Its just so weird because I was doing a the quest above the ringing depths hole and it was acting strange? The Mech unit was supposed to fly I think but it was just walking in the air? So I left the mech and tried to restart the quest and when I took off I DCed. Then when I logged back in they were all gone? Did my character get messed up or something? It’s Empowerments-Proudmoore.
Also, my friends told me they can’t see the quest I was doing so is this a known bug? I tried to warn them not to do the quest and they can’t see it? lol
I don’t think so. I’m able to log into it just fine.
Which quest? The most recent one I show that you grabbed was Coreway Maintenance Request. I’m not aware of any issues with that one.

Wait so 7 hours after I logged off last night it was deleted but it didn’t show any logins before it was deleted? And by the way I really appreciate you helping me out with this, thank you. Whatever the case is hopefully the character restoration is up soon.
Yeah I think that sounds right. I tagged the pile of coal or whatever it was, got into the mech, tried to start doing the quest, completed 1/4 but then I couldn’t tag any other of the rubble so I got out of the mech, tried to fly, and DCed. This is where everything disappeared. Initially I just thought my favorites were gone but as I looked harder and started to troubleshoot I noticed it was that entire realm that was gone.
I also thought I couldn’t see Proudmoore on the list but when I looked for it and it said I had no characters on the realm, but when I clicked on the realm it tried to sign me into it and then it at least showed I had (19) characters on the realm but none were showing up on the selection list. I even deleted all my addons, reset all my computer, updated windows, reset my router, and reset my UI nothing has worked.
No, 7 hours after I saw you switch to this character the Rogue was deleted. As I said, there are sometimes gaps in what I can see. I refreshed and can see a bit more… there was a bit more play after that, you switched between those three characters a bit, you were only on the Warrior for a minute but swapped back to the Rogue and played for about 2 hours, then to the Warrior again for another minute and then back to the Rogue for 2 hours and 38 minutes, to the Mage for a minute to the Warrior for 30, etc…
The last character you were on for the night it seems was the Rogue. It appears to have been deleted 45 minutes after you logged out of it, but there is no indication any one else logged into the account from any other location.

If you use the search option in the character selection window do you see anything, Thundorstorm? I assume you already tried it, but wanted to ask to make sure.

I can’t give an ETA on when the undelete option will return but I am entirely serious when I say it is a top priority. The Devs need to make sure that it can be turned back on without causing any issues with the Warbands and basically making the characters inaccessible.

Yeah that seems to have worked, however they still don’t show up on the list. But I can search for them somehow lol.

So weird. Please be sure to post in the Bug Report forum. If you can provide a screenshot of what you see maybe, that might help our QA team dig into it a bit. If not, it’s fine, just provide what details you can.

Interesting, after I did that, the characters came back but I can no longer favorite them. At least they’re back though! Thanks!
Nevermind I was able to favorite them after relogging

I have a similar problem where I’m routinely having all my characters on Wyrmrest Accord disappearing from my character list entirely, as if they’d been mass deleted, though after a relog or two, they re-appear at the bottom of my character list.
…It’s getting pretty aggravating having to move my main and all my crafting alts back up to the top of the character list one by one… -_-
the report it as a bug nothing posted here will be looked at by the QA team.
