Why doesn’t Lost Ark face more ridicule for putting all of its players in gender locked characters where they are forced to play a women with plastic surgery in high heels if they want to play a class like a mage and why would Amazon allow it.

Because Korea isn’t dominated by a bunch of “woke” virtue signaling clowns who seemingly live to “cancel” other people to whatever grave injustice they happen to be way more offended about than the people who are actually impacted by it.

It’s also why Korea produced Squid Games, arguably the best single tv show of the past few years, and why we in the US keep trying to remake the same movie, but with women this time! (See Ocean’s 8, Ghostbusters 2016, the entire new Star Wars Trilogy, Terminator Dark Fate, or even the TV Show Loki, where Loki is a bumbling idiot/background character in his own show, outclassed in every single way by his female variant Sylvie)

There is a huge learning curve of all the systems, its massive, layer upon layer

This is one of my biggest complaints about it, and one of the reasons I stopped playing retail as well…

I don’t want to learn 31095 gdamn systems to just play a game (though Retail also has a fun habit of changing 5 of those systems every expansion)

I’d also add, along the same vein, that Lost Ark’s endgame will involve a pretty copious amount of grinding daily nonsense if you aren’t a swiper…
