I am currently trying to complete the “Ready for War” achievement on the Alliance side, so that I may then continues on to the Tides of Vengeance achievement to unlock the Kul Tirans. The character I am doing this is my lvl 60 Human Paladin (Matteos). He has always been alliance and was the toon that I originally ran through BFA and had heart of azeroth.
For the achievement, I am missing the questline The Strike on Zuldazar. All the guides tell me to go talk to Halford Wyrmbane. My concern is I am 99% sure I started this questline (went to the meeting to discuss the next quest) and dropped it when I returned to the game during Shadowlands. When I go to talk to Halford, I do not have an option to pick this quest line up again. I have gone to the Footholds and don’t see any quests. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
have you checked wowhead they have a quest tracker that can lead you to where u left off.
Halford starts the quest chain, but if you already progressed through the chain then that may not be where you start off. You can find the storyline here:

It lists all of the quests, and you should be able to check each one to find out where you left off and resume the chain.
As Darth mentioned, using the tracker on Wowhead may be a quick way to check off which ones you’ve done so you don’t have to travel around in-game looking.

Thanks, this was helpful as I wasn’t aware that there was a tracker on WoWhead. I had been using a different tool. As it turns out, I left off at Sabotaging the Pa’Ku. This is kind of awkward as I had to do a weird swim out to the island and then search for the questgiver, but was able to eventually find him on the island and continue the quests.
