I said i would not mark my ticket as resolve until they do something and this was the response:
We appreciate you reporting it on the forums, however we do not have an ETA at this time. Tickets are marked “Resolved” automatically when they receive a response, and may be reopened if needed. That said at this time it isn’t necessary to continue sending tickets regarding this issue since Customer Support is not able to assist.
Customer Support will not be able to give out ETAs regarding this issue or update the armory page. Reporting through the forum or through the in-game report option would be the correct channel to reach out to the teams involved. These reports do not receive a direct response but they do reach the teams in charge. That way they can use the information reported to check the issue out and possibly implement a fix in the future.

I have the same issue, been about 4 days and I’m wearing the same gear same mythic plus score etc…

im just hoping the upcoming maintenance fixes it. im missing some 18 clears and like 50 IO at this point.
That’s the absolute latest this should go. It’s been days already and we’re talking about the armory looking at the characters. This shouldn’t be a patch level fix.

If WowHead posted about this it would have been fixed on Tuesday or Wednesday instead of us having to come here and pray they actually read this and fix it. It really stinks having your logs gone and everything to do with Raider.io when you are trying to app to guilds or do keys.

Same issue, my armory hasn’t updated on my main characters for over a week now.

Having the same problem. I purchased a race change (and foolishly changed my name in the process) on Sunday, and the armory has yet to update. That means for me my raiderio info simply doesn’t exist for the new character AT ALL yet. It’s pretty bad considering nobody can see any info on my raid or M+ prog, which I’m sure has led to me being declined from groups I otherwise would have easily gotten into. Very annoying.

Im having the same issue.
Yeah same here. Annoying because we need this to be updated to get into groups easier.
Adding my post to the list to keep this bumped and hopefully get a CS to actually respond if enough of us bump it.
Popping on to add to the people suffering from this bug. Been playing for 18 years never encountered this before.

here to say that it is either fixing itself or blizzard is working on something. As mentioned above by me I transferred three characters two which were renamed. The one who wasn’t renamed has recently appeared in the armory and I was able to update RIO. So it is possible that something is fixing it.

Yeah weirdly my Raider IO score has slowly updated over the last three days. It’s still incorrect however AND somehow is missing timed runs that I completed earlier in the week. Like I timed a NO Tuesday that isn’t showing up at all. But my timed TJS run from last night IS showing up.
My armory page is still grossly out of date. And across all websites my gear is what I was wearing Monday.

Looking like we’ll have to wait for the weekly reset for this and just hope it gets fixed? Kind of absurd that it’s gone on this long.
