Not positive but like pretty sure GM’s are kind of like tech support with blanket answers for a lot of things like that. It’s a old post that you can read. This probably isn’t something a GM can reply too.
This is clearly affecting the wow api not just armory. Might be something to do with the removal of that twitch posting stuff /shrug

When is this going to be fixed? Blizzard needs to at least acknowledge that they know of the problem and are working to fix it. I keep looking for a Blizzard response to no avail.

Adding my grief to the forum. Very annoying. Also had other bugs that they kept throwing me to the forums on when I had a ticket open.
I know we’re paying a good amount, you’d think they’d be able to figure something like this out…

Yep it’s been 4 days since my character has updated. Pretty frustrating to have to wait on raider io to update for everyone else just so I can get into the correct mythic plus groups.

Same problem here. Armory won’t update my gear or progress. This is not only a problem for me, but it won’t update my guild’s progress either, which is a bummer because we got our first guild kills this week. I’d like for our page to reflect that!

Bump. Would be nice if Blizz acknowledged this issue and provided some reasonable estimate when a fix would be implemented. RaiderIO is affected because of this bug.

Same here - No updates since maintenance on Tuesday, and I’ve been a see-thru red troll for weeks. I hope this will get some attention soon.

I mentioned above that in my ticket that the Blizzard employee did acknowledge that something is broken. But I do agree I wish they were more active on the forums like back in the day.

The Armory of all my toons on Emerald Dream are not updating. They’ve been stuck since Feb 6th. The profile picture will update, but nothing else like equipped gear, active spec, achievements, etc. My toons on Shu’halo are updating just fine without any issues (aside from the red ghosts affecting lightforged, nightborne, and zandalari).

Same for me. Seems like the last four days nothing has updated across all my characters.
