Adding a “same”
Raider dot io can’t pull my updated M+ info for a week now, and im stuck doing really low keys on my alt for a whole week now because I can’t progress in a way other people can see.

Same issue for me. No updates to website character list for about 5 days, including my newly created character. I can find the character using the search feature on the website but they are not in my character list. This extends to wowhead, raider, and warcraftlogs which i have connected to my bnet account.
My Armory haven’t updated in a while.

Same thing happening to my shaman Shakacan. I’m assuming there’s no fix that I can do on my end yet?

No one at blizzard is taking this bug seriously since “it works in game” and “raider dot io is a add-on player dependency”
Well guess what, your players depend on it. A broken API is a broken API. A broken API that is used by addons so they can do what Blizzard won’t do, particularly farming out a lot of engineering work to third-parties to add support for your game that everyone uses.
That means Blizzard’s responsibility here is to maintain their API. Blizzard gets hundreds of thousands of dollars in free engineering, they make sure their API works. That’s the deal.

I’ve got 5 toons that won’t update and one is my main so I am having a hard time getting into groups because all my info was lost during my transfer this week, so I hear your pain.

Yet another ‘Same’ response to pile mine onto the pile. I suspect it’s everybody.
I wonder why this has not been a major issue to be noted?
RaiderIO doesn’t have any “news” about it, so… are we not that many affected that they just don’t care and hope it fixes itself somehow after reset?
To be fair it is a day before reset, so at this point we are all at the hands of server maintenance. Now if it isn’t fixed or addressed after reset, we can assume we are just speaking into the void.

Raider IO has it listed in the known issues on their discord. It also doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone, out of my guild and group of friends I seem to be one of the only ones with the issue. It’s also not affecting any of my alts for whatever reason. Just my main which makes the issue even more annoying.
I just hope its fixed tomorrow after reset.
EDIT: So it seems my profile finally updated my gear and it has one run from 2 days ago, but still missing all my M+ runs and score from the start of the week. still missing about 50ish IO
Same issue here. Race changed last week while leveling after hitting 70 and my char been stuck at 66 since days before that. Others noticed it after name/race changes and third party tools that use the armory were not picking it up. Went searching and have found a large number of threads but no acknowledgement =(.
Has your main recently been apart of a name / server / race / faction change?
It seems like a lot of people (myself included) ended up with the issue after server transferring.
I myself transferred three characters (one being my main so I feel your pain); two that were renamed and then one who wasn’t renamed. the one who wasn’t renamed recently showed up via armory.
If someone else on the forums would test this, but I think new characters are also not showing up on the armory. I created a new character on my account when all of this started. Made it a Mag’har orc so it was already level 10 (requirement to be on the armory) did the intro quests for it. Still not on the armory or even under my character tab.
With all that being said I know a bunch of people said they haven’t used any of the services but are experiencing this issue also. I am curious for those who didn’t use a service and see this post/reply, what is it that you did if anything at all?
I’m slightly less mad now, IO finally updated to link my warrior to my main so at least it shows a 2100 main character but still would like to see the warrior actually updating.
This is the dumbest bug that can’t be a difficult fix for them. But they’re ignoring it.
I’ve tweeted BlizzardCS when I see them active on Twitter and replies but I get ignored.
