For ever antiboosting posting we should post a proboosting one. If you read the forums currently it looks like they are the majority but we know they aren’t

it doesn’t really matter because blizz is doing the boost regardless.
You’re one of the main ones that abuse people on the forums for wanting boosts.

Personally, I am pro-boost. The boost is good because it draws more players into the classic project as a whole. I believe the majority are in the pro-boost category.
That said, I also advocate that blizzard do like they did with the RP realms and dedicate a small amount of resources to spin up some “fresh” servers where boosting and cash shops are not an option. I genuinely feel that the desire is earnest enough to warrant some of these servers as well.

They scream a lot louder. And they have a reason to, they aren’t getting what they want while those in support of the boost are going to get it. That’s why it “feels” like there’s this massive push for anti boost when they are still in an extreme minority.
The people that even look at the forums represent less than 1%. And the anti-boosters on the forum make up less than 1% of the people that look at the forums.

That’s not true.
They have data that shows people will pay for the boost and largely want it. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t do it. SO, to say regardless, is not accurate. They aren’t just making an arbitrary decision here.
I didn’t care until Lukesta. Now I’m firmly in the pro-boost camp.
