You’re a paladin, one of the big things with Paladins and Priests is their anti-undead spells like Exorcism and Shackle Undead. Its supposed to be radioactive to these “evil” forces.
All shadowlands is evil and if I could burn it all away by the holy light I would. Damn this expansion. Damn it to all hell.

Haven’t read the rest of the thread, but I think it would be more accurate to say that perhaps Sunlight in WoW originates from the Cosmological Light. If that is true, and if Moonlight in WoW is also reflected sunlight, that would mean that Moonlight also originates from the Light as a cosmic force, but with some Arcane mixed in. I haven’t read any of the cosmological books to know for sure, but I’ve also seen how inconsistent the books can be with what is actually shown due in part to “unreliable narrators”, so I theorize on this stuff anyways.
You all can continue on with this discussion, cause every time I’ve tried to have a fun discussion about this setting’s Cosmology, I get attacked as if I had just spit on someone’s favorite food.

Not to mention that Denathrius’ machinations with the Nathrezim provoked the Naaru so they counter-attacked, destroying the Nathrezim’s wing of the castle and leaving an area of Light as a lesson; Denathrius and the Nathrezim brought it on themselves.
Back on the original topic of this thread, what do you think of the Titans?
Attacked whenever you try to discuss cosmology? I can relate; for one, just look at the personal attacks against me here by Renautus and Micah. Stay strong, my friend, don’t bow to the whims of cyberbullies.
I wish the writers would be consistent. I’m not sure whether there is any connection to arcane in moonlight, you’re right about how inconsistent the cosmology books are. Sunlight manifesting as fire or the Light and moonlight as Arcane could be nothing more than a gameplay mechanic. Or it could be what you theorized. How did you come up with that?
If what you said about me (and the religion I follow, which is a whole different issue) wasn’t false, all I’d have to say is “pot, meet kettle”. There was even a part of Beyond the Dark Portal where Turalyon had to stop interrogating a captured death knight and hand the task over to Khadgar because the Light reacted so aggressively to contact with an undead captive that he was afraid he’d accidentally vaporize their prisoner before they could get any answers out of him.
The Light’s curse in Revendreth seems to be a localized phenomenon that specifically targets just the venthyr as a race, as other natives of that realm (oddly enough including nathrezim, despite their role in instigating the Light’s invasion) can safely traverse the Ember Ward without being burned.
