I have been trying to transfer this toon the past 3 days and keep getting the error that I have to clear my mailbox. I’ve cleared it, checked my ignore list (empty) and haven’t done any quests the past 3 days, yet I still get the error. Not sure what could be causing this issue.
Have you received any update to this problem, I too am trying to transfer and get the same error. Have tried every possible fix listed in the forums, current wait time for Ticket is 6 days. This is absurd.
Have you checked to see if there’s anyone you have on ignore? Only other option likely is mail sent from a NPC, like with marks of honor.

From what I can see, Emmoo, it looks like you have some pending mail from Zanza, after you completed “A Bijou for Zanza” a couple of days ago. You should receive it around 6 pm PST tonight. Once you clear that out you should be able to initiate your transfer.

For you, Zalos, this character has mail from a different quest. It should arrive around 1 am pst on Sunday.
