If you’re not able to remove the authenticator yourself using the link Perl provided, then you’ll need to open a ticket with our support team to have your identity verified and authenticator removed.
Logging in is not required to open a ticket for this. You’ll want to start here. You’ll be provided a couple of options to verify yourself but if you can’t use them, there should be a link that allows you to attach a government issued photo id for this verification.

Ok, that’s what I mentioned before - if you’re not able to use the options provided in the big boxes, there’s a link for you to attach a photo ID instead.

Is your email address still the same? You can screen shot the restoration code for your mobile authenticator so you can restore it in the future without this issue coming up again.
