Problem with “Parental controls”

Hello,

For the last year or so i had “parental Control” activated on my account to monitor my play time. Recently , I had to add a birth date to my account because i could not access “store” from the in-game panel.
So , I open a ticket to ask a GM to add my birth date to my account so i can get around the parental control restrictions.

GM ended up removing Parental Control completely , Which was not what i asked for.

Now, when i try to access my Parental Control panel i get stuck in a loop, It goes like this:
1- Login to Battle.net account settings
2- Click on “Parental Control”
3- Enter the Guardian E-mail associated with the parental control.
4- Asked to enter the code that was sent to the aforementioned E-mail.
5- I enter the code , at which point i get : “Parent Portal have been updated” , Then get asked for another code.

I contacted GM again ,they logged me out of my account , asked to clear Cache and cookies" i did" , Then try again.

It did not work , I still can’t get access to Parental control Panel.

I tried logging in from a new device , i also tried another browser, Did not work.

Any ideas?

Yes, that would be what they’d do - remove it so you could readd it.

Now, why you are having issues readding it, good question.

There was an issue earlier in the week with things not updating. Looks like a GM tried to refresh your account from out side, but if that didn’t help, next thing I’d recommend is trying to restart your PC.

I did restart my PC , didn’t work. I tried another device , Still not working.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

This may need to be sent up to our techs, Strike.

There are no controls at present. I know of no reason this should be doing that.

Could you pop in another ticket. Be sure to detail what’s happening That the last clear the GM tried on your account didn’t work - and that you’ve rebooted your PC.

I would also recommend waiting just a little while, see if maintenance clears this up for you.
