I tried that multiple times. The ticket processes just gets locked up. Spinning and spinning after I hit submit. Then nothing happens.

Have you tried deleting your browser’s cache, or trying a different web browser altogether? An incognito browser tab?

Maybe trying from a smartphone’s mobile data if you have one?
