Why has it taken 6 hours to prove I own my account, and changed my phone company got a new number, and provide information about my account, and yet 1 response needing more info which was given.Seeing as my authenticator was on a different phone number I am not receiving the text to log in, miss the old days when you could call and get stuff fix immediately.
and still waiting to be able to change authenticator phone number seeing as I cannot take any action to do so as your sending authenticator codes to the wrong number.
Ideally the number would have been changed with account management at the time it was changed over, but flip side, the phone company should have let you keep the old number, granted that doesn’t always work out.
Unfortunately there is no GM staff answering tickets who read the forums, it’s a bit more moderated but you will need to wait for your ticket.

yeah well when you have a full time job, which has 20 other things involved it is kind of hard to remember everything!
I think the thing to remember is you’re fussing because you’re not getting immediate satisfaction to resolve your issue when it is realistically on you to make sure your account info is kept up to date. Tickets are taking about 24 hours-ish turnaround time right now, they are answered in the order they are received.
Have you tried the option to temporarily remove your authenticator?
