I am trying to add a second account to my authenticator that is on my iPhone. When I try and add via the battle.net web page I get “Serial number is invalid”. I have verified the serial number and the authenticator code a few times, no luck.
A second to the same account? You cannot, Muffy. It’s one per account.
If you want to replace it with a new one - just remove the first, then replace with the 2nd.

Oh is this article wrong or maybe I’m misunderstanding it.
That for using one on multiple accounts, not multiple authenticators on the same account.

Question - can players still use one Authenticator for multiple Bnet accounts? I ask because now that setting up an Auth requires a phone number I think that changes it. A phone number can only be used on one Bnet account. That would mean the Authenticator would require a different phone number which most people don’t have.
