This is incredibly false.
They do. It’s a lot harder to knock them out when they are based in other countries. That just don’t care about our copyright laws.
Private servers are not fair use.

Wrong.
Private servers are illegal. No question about it. They use stolen IP. However often they are hosted in countries that make it hard to prosecute.
Not in the case of private servers.
