Is there any way possible for a level 62 to get one of these? Trying to make the engineering goggles on my alt, but not sure if it’s possible to obtain a nether somehow?
They can drop in the higher level normal dungeons, so yeah if you can get someone to carry you through.
Lowest level you can get it is the lowest level you can access sethek halls if i’m not mistaken.

Basically no. At 62 you will not be getting these.
At phase 5 they will not be BoP anymore

yes lvl it to 70 and run heroics.
