Does anyone know if you can find a design to cut primal diamonds? I find different answers everywhere I look online. I’m aware that alchemists can transmute them, however I’ve seen it said that JC’s can find the design as a world drop from anywhere on Pandaria, then I’ve seen it only drops from raids, then I’ve seen it doesn’t drop until the Thunder King phase. Would love some clarification if anyone knows.
