This is mainly because there were so many of them that were only rolling warrior because it was the class meta chasers were building their raids around. Now the fotm is Hunter/Lock.
Warriors still damn good, my guy. But I don’t expect most people to care until P3 or later.

Not sure what garbage players you raid with but rouges and even fury warriors in my guild are doing good dps and no where near bottom of dps charts. People with this min/maxing mentality are so brain dead.

They absolutely are. We had a fury warrior in our raid team back in original tbc and he always put out competitive dps. The guy knew his class very well and had a deep understanding of how weapon stats affected each ability. Stuff like how a weapon’s low end damage could effect their overall dps.

Rogues will be fine, due to PVP alone… they’re arguably the best class. But warriors, not really sure how they fair… but yea, I’m hearing rogues struggle in PVE.

The difference is fury scales FAR better with being fed all the buffs than the other classes. Notice how fury is only at the top in the max parses and slightly above average in the 75th to 90th percentiles? Also notice how hunters and warlocks are still at the top.
Actually both Rogues and Warriors are overperforming and parsing extremely high due to unforseen gear combos. Most are using the Arm pen Trinket from AQ with a few other tricks to top the charts in Raids. Seen warriors parsing at 2.4k+ beating out everyone else in vids.
Part of why they were underestimated was this trinket often isn’t avail on private servers so Min/Maxers saw the potential to create high dps builds in phase 1. So their Dps will only get better.

So what you are saying is the only way to be viable as a warrior dps or rogue is to have raided in late classic and to have gotten very specific pieces of loot.

First off without this gear warriors and rogues are viable. With this gear they are competitive for top Dps. Just so we are clear on the difference.
Second you can literally do these raids now and many have on off days to put together better Dps combos and gear sets. So yes you can be extremely competitive for top Dps in this phase and it only gets better in latter phases.
Fury isn’t worth bringing if they aren’t top dps since they have next to no utility. Also good luck getting enough people to raid AQ40 to get that trinket if you didn’t raid in classic and get it.
This, also you’re talking about 3 gear dependent classes that become godly later in BC. I also tank all of the current content just fine and am far from BIS. I’m agreeing with the “you” problem piece.

Fury is worth bringing if you have someone who shows up, on time, with consumes, and puts in effort to help the guild progress and isn’t toxic or disruptive.
I’ll take that all day before I take a toxic personality that will eventually lead to the downfall of the guild. Besides, yall musta forgot how hard fury scales, and the comment about putting melee in a melee group with windfury, lotp, and whatever other buffs you can give them is just smart.
You put your prot paladins in group with elemental shaman if you can, your melee in melee groups if you can.
It’s absurd to not optimize your groups for what your raid team is.

He also posts on alt, so no one can look for his main on warcraft logs and rip his rotation to shreds, or he didn’t have optimized consumes, or didn’t get put in a group with BL.

Fury and rogues are just as viable to bring to a raid as a mage, hunter or warlock. Non of those are “utility” classes, they are dps classes brought for their dps. Any combination of those 5 works in a 25 man because when it comes to those classes you can be picky and bring the player not the class.
Oh please stop acting like the game is difficult. I want things done well and done fast. You obviously are either a dps warrior or rogue main based off your response. Again, I won’t ever invite you, because I’d rather do a heroic in 30 minutes, not 3 hours. When I advertise LFM for heroics, I even put NOT INTERESTED IN ROGUES

P.s I disenchanted every epic legs from quagmirrian and epic belt/bracers from OHB/BM.
You know, my rogue alt got removed from group because “sorry need xx or aoe”.
Imagine their surprise when they hit 70 and the tank won’t let them come because they were mean to his little brother.

Yall seem to forget people legit had to server transfer because of their toxic attitudes and go to servers where people didn’t know them because we all play on the same server together.
NPCs aren’t the only ones to have reputations in this expac.
