That sounds great. Nautical themes are boring.
We can have light vs void without going to space. The conflict could be brought to Azeroth somehow, or we could go to AU Azeroth to fight Yrel’s Army of the Light, or it could be something else entirely.
Thank you Miles Ybarra for setting the record straight.
Those instances could be viewed as truthful though depending on how you look at them. Elves can look like Dark Rangers now, however it’s roleplay only since there is no actual Dark Ranger class or spec. For Augvoker the ‘no’ was probably to avoid people expecting it to be included as a surprise feature in the patch that was about to drop at the time, they knew dataminers had found evidence of the new spec and didn’t want that to lead to disappointment among the playerbase.
Do you know what a pirates favorite letter is?
Well… you may think it’s the R, but it’s actually the C!
There can be an invasion of Azeroth by the Void, why not?
Then the next patch the Light forces come to “save” us from the Void… not like they want to take over… nope sir.
Some lies spoken by WoW Team:
- No Allied Races in 7.3.5
- Sylvanas didn’t burn the Tree
- Vulpera won’t be an Allied Race
- Sl is a customization expansion
- Romancable Mediums
- Blood Elves won’t have blue eyes
- Heritage Armour every .5 patch
- Evokers won’t have 3rd spec
I just love the curtness and unambiguity of it. Usually they give a lawyer-speak answer that can be interpreted a few different ways. This time they just said “no”
- There weren’t a patch feature of 7.3.5. They came out later for early access.
- They didn’t say that, they said something like “you might be surprised” or some other non-answer to people complaining about the already datamined burning of teldrassil
- They never said that
- They added a lot of customization options during shadowlands, idk what to tell you there
- They’ve never promised romance options in this game
- They said a lot of things concerning blood elves and void elves that are no longer true
- This was the plan, and i don’t know what got in the way
- They specifically said “Evokers will not be receiving a third spec in 10.1”. Which they did not, they got it in 10.1.5
Ion is the one who uses lawyer-speak, because he has a legal background. But this time it was Mike Ybarra speaking.
He probably didn’t have time for more explanation due to the carry he was selling at the moment.
So the leaks about a pirate ship have sunk it. Typical.
pog.
Pirate expansion was going to be so lame. DF is our low-energy low-stakes comic relief expansion as it is, we didn’t need another one.
Great. Now if we can avoid a void war expansion, we’ll have threaded the needle
The thing is, there can be a lot more like thief harbors where they conglomerate to do trade. Something like what Freehold would have been as a town but the issue is those kinds of towns would need to be carried by a lot more than what I think Blizzard could deliver to make them actually something worth being at for long.
Or like Booty Bay. Except we’ve seen that Blizzard will just kind of leave those places to rot which is sad, I remember back when Silver Hand had RP a lot of rogues tried their hardest to make Booty Bay a viable RP spot.
Wow! That really IS a nic-, sees rolling pin… Oh dear.
Belts
Vestal’s Irrepressible Loop.
Cord of Blossoming Petals.
Boots
Slippers of Enduring Vigilance.
Though, my Priest is Forsaken, so this might not look as good on a Gnome.
Never mind about the Cord of Blossoming Petals, that’s from the actual set… which is probably why it matches so well.
You know that there are these little land masses out in the ocean called islands, right?
They’ll just end up calling them “privateers” instead.
By Chris Metzen’s beard, does this forum want pirates or not?
Half the other threads are celebrating no pirates.
I think we want space pirates… I haven’t been told what to think so I’m not sure.
I think he meant we wont fight any pirates…
Because we arrr the pirates!
