With the new cap to reversion extensions it’s not forced at all. Reversion build wasn’t going to be good with the implemented new cap.
I imagine the rashok nerfs will be reverted when ATSC is on the Fated rotation. As the primary reason it was nerfed to begin w was to essentially force people to upgrade the trinket.

I can’t believe Season 1 won with the change they made at Abberus start and also the undocumented Reversion change they made in this patch(10.2.5). Guess I’m finally rerolling away from Pres after 3 tiers of Mythic raiding on it.
