Read the changes not sure I am understanding whats going on. Is pres a better option after tomorrow ? it needed help for sure

Uh it got a 2% healing buff and minor buffs to talents we don’t use

Pres is great in shuffle if played perfectly, very mediocre in 3s, neither is changing
