When will riding see a cost reduction? How much is the cost reduction? Looks substantial for everything except expert?
What’s the xp reduction for 60-70? Is it happening at start of prepatch?

Riding cost reduction should be in during prepatch. Apprentice is now 20 for 4g, Journeyman is now 40 for 50g, Expert is 60 for 250g (and SW/Org rep now affects this, too), and Artisan now has discounts as well.
These aren’t critical changes and they haven’t done any, “authentic” mount releases, so it’s unlikely to change.
It’s about 40%~, give or take a bit per level, and it is in prepatch.

Prepatch. Level 20 riding 60% speed is like 5g.
Level 40 100% is like 30g or 50g. I don’t remember.
Yes, 280% flying still 5,000g.
Also, note though its only Outlands where 60-70 experience is reduced, overall leveling speed is significantly faster due to better class balance. Every class/spec just feels better, with better mana management.

During prepatch. Flying will be a base of 225g going down with rep, for instance. Didn’t check epic riding but assume it’s probably 100g.
It’s significantly down plus 50% more XP on top. It’s something like 40% less overall. Level 62 on PTR is 349000 xp to level whereas on live it’s about 610k.

Using forums as a replacement for an online keyword search, lol. Shoulda been left with no responses, but some people like to play as a search engine for lazy people.
With all the changes happening in wrath using a search engine is not a safe bet only safe bet is logging onto ptr and looking which many have data limits or otherwise that prevents them from downloading a full game client to check somethign simple. So using the fourms for exactly what it’s meant for, discussion is not a bad idea.

As mentioned only way to know for sure is to go and look given blizzard has not been forthright with the changes they are making to the game (even answers from a week ago may be invalid now) prime example the Kara exp nerf that was a stealth nerf not a bug fix. While there are many examples of new bugs so stuff is not working how it was back in the day for sure.
You are trying to make fun of someone for using the only safe methiod to get accurate info that doesn’t require downloading multiple gb of data. Furthermore using the fourms for exactly what they are meant for discussing topics, that further create a thread for others wanting the same info. Eg I dint know the exact nerfs to exp levels and wasn’t interested enough to look but is nice to know as a result of stumbling by the thread.
Hey cowfolk, in case you don’t know the PTR people post such facts with screenshots on websites that can be found via a internet search. It’s how the internet works, so people can verify the information they wish to question.
People want to know, so people with ability/access find that information and put it on the internet for others to find so they don’t have to keep asking others to write up that information for them.
The OP isn’t discussing anything, they legit used the forums as a search engine, and won’t be back to discuss anything. idk if you know what a discussion actually is. They didn’t want a discussion. They wanted facts, facts which are easily found via an internet search. The same way a vast majority of people have their information on this topic. Heck even this thread (and multiple like it from various websites) can be found via a internet search.

There is no way to know the validity of info other than going on the ptr and looking getting multiple recent (is today) sources such as via a fourm thread is the only way to know what is accurate.
The vary info you suggested he look for is already inaccurate in the case of the example I gave based on the source and your vary likly to see the inaccurate info as there was more qq over it.
The op is discussing the topic he started the topic that furthered into a discussion. You do no that a question and answer segment exactly falls under the definition of a discussion. (The action of talking about something to make a call. The info he asked for he needed to make a call as such a discussion).

There are a lot of prepatch things that you can’t google right now. Like the specifics in outland quests? Good luck finding documented changes on that. I had some questions about some prepatch stuff yesterday so I logged into the PTR.
Not only that, it’s been darn near 15 years since Wrath launched. It took me a while, and several searches, to remember that dual spec training was on the class trainers.
A thread like this is a good start. Unfortunately, Know-it-all attention seekers are gonna poo all over legit questions.
If you stay on topic, the information the OP asked can be found accurately on a internet search. It’s not obscure information like the examples you provided.

The specifics in Outland quests was the exmaple he used. The question the op asked was about it the specifics of Outland quests ie exp values.

Why do you twist the OP’s words? You can read the OP for yourself. They did not ask about Outlands quests. It was specifically about the XP from 60-70 which is known and again easily searchable.
