Go reread my post nimrod. I LIKE the zombie events even this much more neutered scourge event. You either replied to the wrong person or you meant to reply to the OP.
I found this to be a well thought out statement and it mirrors my feelings completely. I was very hyped for CHAOS! and DESTRUCTION! and my fps to go down to 25-30 because “Holy cow wtf is going on!” and zombies EVERYWHERE! ahhhhhh!!!
Instead, I feel very safe. If you’re out questing and leveling up a character you wouldn’t even know this was happening. I have npc’s telling me everything is super bad, however nothing is showing me that. Telling is fine if I’m reading a book- but this is an interactive world and I’m seeing firsthand what’s going on- and nothing much is happening…and that makes me sad.
