Prepatch is proof that you listen to wrong feedback

Nowhere in that post did I state that anyone thinking differently then me is wrong. I provided a perspective of how I view the game.

No I didn’t. You’re reading what you want to see.

It livens up the game, makes it interesting. I love that there are a few Alliance players take down Org Npcs, some evading discovery.

People spit emote and Tbag ect. I salute them, should be a little excitement some times.

Sheesh

Well two of us read what you said the same way.

In any case, it is awesome. We will get to play the way we want and you get to play the way you want. There is no problem.

And you’re both misinterpreting what was said.

With ya on this one. God we got some Toxic rude af ppl on the forums. :+1:

Explain what you mean by this then.

Because I can’t see any other explanation other than you think their opinion is wrong. A different opinion shouldn’t cause you to view that opinion negatively because opinions are just opinions.

So what’s the point of dissatisfaction with those who aren’t sharing the same perspective on fun?

So they released a 1-2 day content for 1 week? Disgusting, the only thing good here is the pet, at least for alliance, because the transmo set is a recycle really obvious of the season of BFA

although some people are setting that the feedback heard is wrong.

Carry On Wayward Son

Yeah no, early on I was pretty awful. I tried to fix it later on through it and I’m sorry about my behavior on this thread. Nobody deserves to be bullied online. Especially over something as silly as this.

Khaelyn - I hope things are going well.

Yeah… I mean, that’s why PvP is so famous within MMORPGs.

The answer to that question is another question. Why should be have to put up with it if we do not enjoy it? Just for your fun. I think not. And tell me how your fun trumps mine when I abhor PvP in any form?

Because their fun matters more, duh.

Ignore the fact making it war mode only affects them in no way, shape, or form, but alleviates the issue of forcing us to participate in something we don’t wish to.

I didn’t see anything about them moving it to warmode, could have missed it. I’m fine with that though since I only play in warmode.

The arguments took on a life of their own and became disconnected from the actual game. I haven’t offered corrections because I honestly don’t know what’s actually going to happen and am just crossing my fingers I can avoid encountering the event at all.

There are plenty of examples of me viewing opinions negatively. Example. I’ve been told before in another thread that I made recently.

“PvP is a side game and they shouldn’t waste resources on it”

I disagree with that opinion and view it negatively because I believe that it hurts the game. If in WoW both PvE and PvP can thrive that’s good for the game because that’s more players for the game. And in my PoV, anyone who thinks like the quote isn’t considering the growth of the game.

I don’t know Grayphus. This is the first time in my recollection that I’ve ever spoken to them. If they were being malicious in their posts then I’d probably have a different outlook on them. But they’re just posting their opinions and I disagree with them and view it as a negative for the game then provided my perspective on how I think the game could be better.

Because with over a million players, someone elses satisfaction is someone elses misery.

For me, (and I know those who have seen me post are going to roll their eyes because I’ve talked about it a ton) I liked Master Loot for Mythic Progression. But the other side told me I can’t have it back nor can I have the right to trade loot because all I want to do is steal from others. Which I could show logs that the opposite happened when my old guild got its first official CE. But then I get these horror stories about loot hungry demons and why everyone’s the same and needs to abide by the PL restrictions silently.

I’ve been told that PvP is a side show. And that it shouldn’t get any kind of gear remotely close to Raiding ilvl. Even though I’ve seen the game when both coincided just fine without overlapping each other.

And in this thread and I believe even that heat has been sent my way, that I’m only supporting this because I want to cause players misery. When in fact I want to have more events that bring players together and be a part of the world and have fun rather then be at each others throats because I got killed in a prelaunch event that’s supposed to pull me into the SL. Because it symbolizes that the crown has either been destroyed or Bolvar has gone nuts which points us to Icecrown to figure out WTH is going on.

All of these things scream to me that content will forever be created out of fear rather than enjoyment and I personally can’t get behind it. For me, be it PvE from Catas prelaunch or PvP from Wraths, I like the idea of being inconvenienced and the world feel like…well a world. There are going to be plenty of emotions along that way that range from excitement to anger. But if it’s all just rainbows and butter cups then I don’t believe it to be an authentic experience.

Just my 2 cents though. I may word things in a way that makes it seem like I’m right and you’re wrong. But I think it would be a headache sitting here saying after each debate post that it’s just my opinion.

I haven’t preordered SL. Friends are why I’m back and it’s not looking too bright to me. So if the kind of game you want differs from my viewpoint then that’s fine. But for me, it’s not the WoW I really want to partake in anymore. And no this isn’t baiting for tears or sympathy. It’s just moving on after putting my time in.

Because it is a mmo. I got to put up with changes that I don’t like all the time due to the nature of mmo. If you can’t handle changes you don’t like for a few weeks but would give countless other people fun. That is just selfish in my eyes.

And you are being selfish for wanting others to play your way. I know this is a MMO. I have been playing this game for a very long time. I play this game to relax and escape real life for a little while. Forcing me to partipate in a mod of the game I abhor so you can have fun is totally selfish.

I am a widow with two special needs children. I didn’t ask for this to happen to me. Let me have my escape for a while to be able to relax and becoming scourge does not fit in the equation one bit.

That logic is flawed. Not getting what you want from a few weeks and not letting others have temp amount of fun. That is the problem.

The fact that you can’t just say well it is two weeks blizzard i might not like it but others will so I don’t mind. Shows the nature of the players that play wow, and now with this pre event how it is. The game is boring because of it.

That would be two weeks I didn’t get to use my sub. Because if they forced me into it I just wouldn’t play. So your logic is flawed.
