Prepatch is proof that you listen to wrong feedback

Completely not about that. I legitimately feel bad for players who have a hard time just laughing and having fun with others in a event that’s supposed to be lore complaint but at the same time silly.

I believe that you’d be the same way if they made it PvE mobs. Which is what they did in Cataclsym and the same complaints came out. The core of the issue is that players don’t like being inconvenienced regardless of it being PvE or PvP. This type of feedback chokes out the chances to create great events for players to come together and face because everyone wants to pigeon hole themselves into their own corner.

In the storys narrative for the SL prelaunch event, I think all parties should be involved. Not because “RAAAA! EVERYONE’S OUT TO GET MEEEE!”, but because it’s a fun community building event that would’ve lasted 2 weeks.

Sure why not? You all wanting to not be “victims” in a video game ruins my fun. Just like being a victim would ruin yours. Congrats. The only thing is. My fun would have lasted a few weeks and things went back to your fun. Selfish much?

Let’s see there are many people online in game so yes it’s an MMO.

With WM turned on there is lots happening.

If you need other people to be be “victims” to have fun then you have issues.

You want people to be forced into what you want, while I want to keep my choices while you keep yours, you can opt-in the event and play with others who did so and I don’t want that changed. Are you sure I am the selfish one here?

I don’t have to represent anything in this game that I don’t want to.
For no one

Understand. I have as much consideration for the way you enjoy this game as you do for the way I enjoy this game.

I’m not going to force you to hunt pets just because I think it’s important to me and you should be involved in my definition of fun.

If I liked something remotely like pvp, I’d be doing arenas, battlegrounds and my warmode would be active constantly.

Yes, you being a victim for two weeks in a event is not a big deal. The thing is. You will have the game you want after the event is up. For a short time letting players cause chaos get what they want is you being selfish. Very much so. Because you could play around it easily, and at times you will end up getting scourged. So what? You will adjust to it.

Well it was either listen and contain or not listen and have nothing but negative feedback for two weeks, prior to a major launch.

Im glad they did it. Im glad your tilted. This version is payback for the crap we had to put up with last time.

You’ll never win with these people. WoW sub history is proof the moment that they started listening to these people it has continued to dive.

I’m thrilled beyond measure that you think this scourge invasions is a wonderful event, I will respectfully disagree with you.

I could’ve been your victim and everyone else too because I would have propitiated in the event and the community as a whole. There is a satisfaction.

So…what’s going on right now?

It might not be a big deal to you but it is to me, my time is limited, I can’t play all time and when I play I want to do the stuff that I like and not sit around to be killed and camped by some selfish girl who thinks the world revolves around her.

Like I said, you can turn wm on and enjoy the event, plenty of people playing with it on in your realm, in fact I think there’s more wm on people in MG than off right now, at least on Horde side. You’re upset not because of can’t do the event, it’s just because for once people can opt-out of your griefing and you don’t like that, you want to ruin it for others. It’s not about you having fun, it’s about not letting others do. I know your kind.

Where is this notion that you would’ve had to sit there and get camped?

The way you said this implies your point of view is the only one that matters to you and blizzard. People who don’t agree with you can give negative feedback too.

  1. Your $15 is no more important than ours. Making the zombies active all the time in all war mode impacts US negatively, not you. Making them only in War Mode does not affect you at all. If you want to participate, enable war mode. It’s that simple. You literally just want to grief others.
  2. No, we get patches like this because of people like YOU that want to grief other people to the point we need them to do things like war mode only.

That word being used incorrectly again!

Time is limited? https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/moon-guard/meezah Im not sure what you do. No m+, no raids, no pvp

PVP in general. I would have to keep WM on and in moon guard, a heavily alliance populated realm, trying to do stuff with wm on means getting camped if you’re mostly a solo player (which I am).
So by having it on it means I would have to deal with both the alliance campers and the horde guys annoying me with event thing.
Fortunately I can wm off and not have to deal with either.

Yeah seems to most modern WoW players any game mechanic they don’t like is griefing.
