Taco, you’re the one who encouraged me to step up and lead in BGs, and I appreciate that. One of the biggest things I’ve learned as a leader is this: if you’re in it, you finish it. Leaders don’t bail on their team no matter how bad things get, we stick it out with the people who depend on us.
We usually run 6-10 against those big AVM groups. Some days we win, some days we don’t. And honestly, Helixir often determines how it all plays out. 
When it’s clear we’re getting crushed and the pugs start getting toxic, this is how I deal with it:
Switch to Combat Log
Cut out the negativity. Stop reading the chat and focus on the game itself.
Make It Fun
I make it into a personal mini-game. I pick a small goal and rally the Discord crew around it. Even if we’re losing, we’ve got our own objectives, which keeps it enjoyable.
At the end of the day, being a leader is about sticking with your team through the hard times. You don’t leave them in the lurch. You adapt, find a way to make it work, and most importantly, you show up for your crew.

So, it’s also partially the pugs’ fault?
Pugs make a similar decision whenever they face premade raids.
Premade raids drive players away from PvP. People aren’t interested in participating in a competition with significantly imbalanced teams.

The thing about you hc is:
You don’t play epics and if you do, you aren’t helping pugs. You’re at the bottom of the charts on all levels, except deaths. (I’ve seen your screen shots).
You’re a burden to pugs.
PS: I can understand paindevice and Elise, at least they top charts and give it their all. But you? Yeah bro just stick with mythic+

I cant believe I rolled up to a thread where people are ego’ing out over Epic BG Premade groups. Its like rolling up to reddit to find the top post of the day about competitive farmville.
And yes if that sounds mean its because I’m another person who hates all the premade groups in casual pvp stuff. I think it quite literally ruins the game experience for any potential new or returning person(admittedly few these days) and also just everyone else trying to get honor for alts…
This feels like one of those posts that get so close to the point and miss it by a milimeter.
Yes Queueing premades into solo players in a 40 man BG is toxic. You just admitted as much. But the sentence right beforehand is admitting you play Premade epic BG’s and you’re making fun of others for dodging?

Thats why many of them buy their RMT boost, its so they can shame others, it gives them a sense of authority in their own guilds and friend circles. Some of them are even highly skilled players, but they half to rent two friends to get that glad mount lol.
