I need a Venn Diagram of the players who think premade PUG-stomping is sacrosanct in WoW and the players who think me having +150 spell power somehow ruins low-level PVP for people who queue up with <1500 HP at Level 39.
You might think they’re the same players, but I’m not convinced.
Solo quers need to be broken by premades in thy gy cuz its a mmo and making groups to do something is better then solo queing is how mmos work. I would just play a lobby game or retail.

I play both games with my guild. We did BFD Monday, ICC last night, and will do another BFD tomorrow.
If they did I didn’t see it. Hopefully this is the case.

I haven’t touched Retail since Shadowlands, and that was just to see the new zones and story.

Does anyone claim that they are solo queuing and legitimately trying? I.e. they are not:
It’s difficult to take anyone’s claims seriously. And sure, I can understand that if you take a random sampling of a series of 3-5 coin tosses out of hundreds, thousands, tens or hundreds of thousands of coin tosses, you’re likely to find some of them having the same results several times in a row.
I’m not trying to claim that my own personal experiences are the only way, but obviously with the amount that I do queue solo and the experiences that I have, I do have my own biases.
This is absolutely not the case for me, so I’m curious how many times the OP has queued solo. Or if perhaps they are exaggerating for effect and believe that to be understood. I’d be quite skeptical of claims that even 50% of teams are premades.
Anyway, is anybody legitimately queuing solo, actively trying, and having such a bad time they are posting on the forums? Or is everyone who is posting just botting, or throwing and complaining that it is more difficult to be dead weight on their teams and get wins than if premades didn’t exist?

in the dropdown window that appears, click the PROFILE button
on the profile menu, select USERS
in the IGNORED field, type ‘Snipy’ and select “Snipy-Faerlina”

Firstly, you absolutely should have to try to win.
Secondly, there are no non-rated BGs in the context of non-rated/rated, since the current BGs we have are reward bearing. You could and should consider they rated. Indeed, you gain PVP ranking through HKs (often from BGs).

I can definitely appreciate multiple sides to the conversation. It’s noteworthy that I suspect I solo queue probably more than anyone in this thread who is complaining about solo queues, and when I do premade it isn’t to ROFLSTOMP pugs, it’s mostly to exclude throwers and quitters, because I don’t want to play with them.
Is it? That’s possible, I suppose.
I seriously hope they just hide server and guild names in bgs.

That’s fine if you don’t want to socialise in a social game. If you prefer chocolate over vanilla that’s completely your call.
Having fun on Era, its mostly solo Q’s here and having a great time. There are occasionally horde / allies premades but the people Q’n are generally focused on winning so the game play is really fun regardless of being solo or premade.
My win rate is around 55% to 60% depending on the day.
I’m the game engine actively pairs premade with pugs, so not as many premades as you think.
This is the correct take. Most people don’t realise premades are mostly just made up of pugs anyway. They look at the server and shiver at the sight of 10 from one realm (when I usually just join a group quite easily and theres no strategy involved hehehe. Pugs can beat premades quite often. Nothing at all wrong with them, and Cezar is correct.

I mean, completely anecdotal, but I just played 4 matches during lunchtime, and 3 were pug vs. pug.
We’re about to be trolled for using facts and logic.
Yeah pretty much. botting is a much bigger issue than players wanting to group together for pvp.
