PVP is always low priority (unless it’s esport arena stuff). We literally went over 3 yrs in retail with ppl exploiting BGs, coming in XPoff with twink gear to farm levelers.
I’m not opposed to twinks (I was one for a long time back in the day), but I am opposed to exploits. Especially when you sign gimmicky “social contracts” concerning behavior, they know about this, & do nothing – for YEARS.
Not gonna hold my breath on a WSG change. 
They should make it so you can’t queue at all unless your in a premade. Can you solo queue for dungeons? No. You should HAVE to make a group to PVP. This is a MMO after all, not a single player RPG. There, problem solved.

They reverted the Ashenvale changes. Pretty sure we’re good now.
What should they do? Make the game worse for EVERYONE because someone on the forum is giving an ultimatum?
Rolling over your garbage team in WSG is the reason why i keep playing this game lol. Just join a premade…dont come on forums cuz you bad.
