Premade vs pug why even queue?

Yeah definitely. All of it existed back then but in much smaller amounts, that’s what made it more tolerable. Dealing with the same exact thing in 90% or more of games is awful.

I have to explain basic battleground strategy to people in nearly every match. I don’t even get what’s so hard about going for flags in wsg, and calling out incs/fighting on flags in AB. Or trying to explain to people a proper flag rotation in AB when you only have 2 bases and need to cap a third. But people would rather turn their brains off and mindlessly run at each other nowadays.

And you will continue to be wrong every time you say it.

I wasn’t comparing. I was pointing out that both types of end game content heavily rely on grouping.

I’m not looking down upon you or others, everyone is free to create their own path. If you want greater success, you need to network with other players. That’s the truth of it.

Yes, respec and consumes cost gold. You can’t be specialised for each kind of content without first paying the gold to do so. This is working as intended, welcome to Classic.

Sure. Although, I would say that Classic doesn’t have matchmaking, rather it’s based on a queue system.

If you’re happy with solo queue, good for you. If you are finding it lacking, it’s time to look for a group by other means.

You don’t have to, you choose to. If you make friends on your realm, you will become more in sync with each other with each passing game together.

You’ve detailed exactly why solo queue isn’t a sustainable play style. Do yourself a favour and reach out to players or even guilds before or even between queues.

I wonder what is going to happen with AQ releasing. The high ranking PVP gear will become less impressive as time goes on and presumably less players will be interested in ranking. Will we see less premades and a return to proper PVP matches?

Yeah, there should be some kind of diminishing returns. It depends on the class, warriors may still push for it.

Some players will have been waiting for a lapse but it may not leave the same impact.

I think it’s more likely that as less and less people pug the premades who are playing right now and rely on pug stomping will also be forced to quit.

ALWAYS the same idiots lease bohzo etc who come on these threads, premade abusers. Just sad. Solo queue is coming whether u like it or not, blizz losing so much subs cause of premades.

Friends are not always online to premade.
If you do happen to have a few online its still gonna be 5v10 5v15, if you even have 5 to begin with.
Any other nonsence you want to spew?

Well if you feel disadvantaged by not having friends in just don’t queue. You don’t need to always be in a queue

some people enjoy an occasional challenge. Other people are aware that most honor comes from kills and can get chip honor. some people rather solo 2x longer to get cap than dealing with sweaty tryhards in voice comms.

A solo queue ab or wsg averages 1k-4k honor per game at casual pace unless the premade literally spends every possible penny on the game. Most premades aren’t Esfand premades.

When you are ranking you do.
What else?

you are a priest so finding a premade should be easier. That is, if you are not talking about a horde warrior alt

He’s on a server with like 200 people and said himself in another thread that he went there for easier ranking, so yeah he probably can’t find a premade, but that’s not really anyone elses fault.

Why even queue?

Don’t.

They’ll be forced to fight other premades once the BG playerbase has cannibalized itself in the exact same manner the Arena playerbase did in Retail. It’ll just take significantly less time. They’ll eventually get to a point where they spend so much time trying to dodge other premades that they never actually get any playtime in so they’ll just stop queing. That’ll shrink the BG pool even further. The Premades that try and lose constantly vs other Premades will eventually stop queing or will be browbeaten to try and force them to feed to keep up other Preamdes’ HpH. More will stop.

It’ll eventually get to a point where the same fistful of premades are constantly fighting eachother or trying to dodge premades they consistently lose to. AV or WPVP (places they can’t stack the deck against unorganized and undergeared players) will become better honor.

If you think I’m being melodramatic or delusional…

What I just described was the exact progression of the Arena playerbase’s lifecycle once people started smurfing and selling boosts.

Premades will in fact eat them selves to the point where there are nothing but premades after they complain enough when the premades on vs other premades blizzard will continue to do nothing and pvp will then die

I always figured the people against any changes to how the BG queues work are just people who premade and enjoy the easy HK. They don’t want to only face other premades.

I hope u are right

Brace yourself for disappointment. The change you’re asking for will never come nor should it.

So let’s strip “all” rewards from pug v pug games so you can solo queue and have “fun” and let the premades duke it out against themselves for honor/rep/gear. Sound good?
