i think its because all the rated players have all their titles and mounts so they just que up as a group and smash in 10mans. been happening for a long time. rated players usually dont que into epic bgs in groups, thank god, because its beginner friendly pvp mode.
but the epic community que syncher losers are from dusk until dawn. if you que in during prime time evenings you will get nothing but alliance que synch loser communities. like all of them are so bad and everywhere. its an infestation

You are being beat by horde pugs. They aren’t premades. Send screenshots of the epic bg roster with imgur and I could tell you if it was a premade or not. Send like 5-10.
The only horde community that premades regularly is AVM lol
Horde pugs got really good because of all of the alliance premades for 12 hours straight. You are just facing good horde players
and yes, sometimes the alliance premaders merc and go horde
