Hard to believe the final boss of this expansion hasn’t been introduced yet. It’s gotta be a character that we’ve met already-- similar to Fyrakk’s introduction.
We also know that it’s very likely not to be Xal’atath. So who could it be?
If it’s not Xal’atath, not Iridkron, maybe the Naaru in the big crystal in hallowfall?

Mostly a jokey guess but… Anything is within the realm of possibility, I think.

In DF, I assumed it was going to be Galakrond. Couldn’t have guessed who it actually was in a million years. The story made quite a pivot. At this point, I truly don’t know. Wouldn’t surprise me to get our first true Void Lord though.

Cuz he’s the big scary guy that we might have already killed before as a quest mob in TBC but he’s actually starting and strong now we swear
Personally I think it will be Alleria.
I think a lot of us expected that too. But Galakrond, Fyrakk, and Ice Lady were all introduced in 10.0 simultaneously so they would have the rest of the expansion to build up their anticipation.
I can’t assume Iridikron will need to stay alive much longer than he has. He’s basically served his purpose in this story.
I imagine a void-buffed him will be the end. Xal’atath was collecting energy for something, but it doesn’t seem like that was all she was doing. She was obviously set back but not defeated, so I assume over the course of this expansion we’ll learn more about that.
I’m honestly a little excited to not know where we’re going, knowing that they have this entire expansion and two others to bring us to some sort of story conclusion.
I’m patiently waiting, hyped, and ready to learn more.

I don’t know about him being the final boss, but Iridikron is still out there.
its going to be a well dressed goblin named Leo Getz, hes the master mind of the end of all end bosses
T2 will be Xal, T3 will be the void lord’s version of silver surfer.
I was guessing Iridkron could be the potential final villain for the expansion, and it would be fitting, but a lot of people here seem determined he won’t show up until The Last Titan expansion.

I think Xal is the void’s version of silver surfer.
The Server. I believe this will always be the final boss no matter what. No matter what story is presented, no matter what amazing graphics it will forever be the battle, the true monster behind the scenes that we will forever battle to get our fix.
I see no reason it can’t still be Xal
