I imagine it might feel like Resolve did with big drain where you’re just sitting on something until you get locked then flinging out your important thing that can’t readily be stopped.
They could do something to make casters easier to pick up, but I’m not sure if this is it.
Yeah, no. Two players can keep someone CCd and micro interrupted for the majority of their go and then sit behind a pillar for the rest. Some classes can literally do this by themselves (DF Warrior, rogues, locks, etc).
welcome to counterplay and casters actually being able to use abilities. Maybe we’ll actually see comp diversity with casters that actually cast being played in more than 1 comp.
Kinda feel like depending on comp Dh/Dk/Rsham have a really easy time clobbering any caster if they gang up on him and pmuch take him out of the game for an extended period.
Oh, yeah. Some comps just take somebody out of the game. Maps can sometimes help with this, then there’s just the “go next” ladder thing where you’re hoping to not queue into almost unwinnable matches too frequently.
I love the way you guys act like spellcleaves are bad
I know for a fact none of you have ever healed if you think wizards are bad. Actuially the most miserable experience in the game is healing in to wizard cleaves.
Melee has been disgusting all of shadowlands don’t get me wrong, but I feel like just because you lost one game to a cleave, in your mind, spell celaves are “unplayable”.
You shouldn’t / can’t win EVERY game. You’re going to lose sometimes. That doesn’t mean your comp is bad and that melee are too good.
Play a healer healing a cleave in to a wizard team and tell me with w straight face that wizards are “bad”
People are acting as though casters literally can’t cast, when in reality they hardly cast as is unless it’s a CC/or a kill window, and even that’s few and far between.
Yes exactly! Casters were once able to kite melee, melee got a ton of tools to avoid being kited, then they had to give range massive instant damage because of the increased uptime melee had, then they had to give melee crazy amounts of micro ccs to stop the instant casts, now theyre giving casters precog to avoid the micro ccs.
