Preach's stance on flying and pathfinder

Just for fun, I went to WowHead, plugged one of my mains into their Pathfinder page, and realized I was almost, inadvertently, there already…EXCEPT for the rep grinds.

Stupid, pointless, and designed to keep us subbing for months, which is what everyone who actually tried Pathfinder is complaining about as well.

Blizz is creating a new generation of cynics.

Meh they could just disable flying if war mode is on. That makes the most sense to me.

I wish I had a like left for you, but my like cooldown has 15 hours to go.

And here I thought the biggest problem with Cata was redesigning the world to have mention of Deathwing everywhere…with no plan to remove any of it once Deathwing was gone. So now the proles across Azeroth are still begging you to help them deal with a world boss defeated four expansions ago.

Is this why we went on the time-travelling adventures–because the gameworld was so screwed up and the devs couldn’t spend big bucks to fix it AGAIN?

Dang lol I must have missed his comment before it was removed lol

Of course you missed it, it was two years ago

Please tell me I’m not the only one who has no idea who Preach is

This is just your opinion. You do not speak for me. Being stuck on the ground sucks makes me hate this game. You don’t like flying then don’t fly. You have no right to force me to play the game your way.

I like how flying was treated in the past. You level one character to max expansion level and you can purchase flying for yourself and then for your alts. Pathfinder was a way to force people to play every chapter of the story. That’s fine if you like to pve and play through the story. Leveling through pvp and hitting max level or leveling through dungeons should also be a valid way to hit max level and unlock flying.

Just another malding guy who stopped playing wow cause for some reason what employees do in their own private time (good and bad) should have an impact on your game enjoyment.

Now let this thread die pls. I’m sure Preach will return in 10.0 due to the click-bait ad revenue he will require. “Will 10.0 fail?!” + mouth agape and eyes wide open thumbnail.

They were intending to remove flight, and made the terrain really annoying. People wouldn’t have complained nearly as much if the world hadn’t been turned into a mobius of terraces that you couldn’t step up because a 6" elevation was impassable, and elevated walkways that went god knows which way.
