Oct 6th is a Tuesday… But yeah with recent blog post 29th is looking more an more likely. Hopefully at least… Anything to end current patch and play with changes. Obviously pre patch itself is pretty lacking but I can have fun goofing with new sub/spriest and whatever else.
Don’t they usually give 2 weeks for arena season end. This is only 1 week.
I am biased though I had the 6th on my bingo card for a while now.
Honestly idk where the 2 week myth came from…It’s never always been 2 weeks. It’s varied from like 10 days to 2 weeks. Wouldn’t surprise me if it was 8 days this time to unceremoniously end BFA lol.

I am hoping and expecting for it to be on the 29th but wouldn’t be surprised if it was on the 6th instead. If they wanna try something new then on the 6th but if they wanna keep up with tradition then the 29th.
My guess? prepatch on the 29th and prepatch event unlock on the 6th.

The Pre-patch is two parts. i don’t see us really havin a good Pre-patch Event i don’t think it would matter. we are at the 4 week deadline as of this week would make since for them to drop it. if not this week next forsure. now think back a couple weeks ago they were doing scheduled maintenance for almost 4-5 hour’s one day

Again, my point was that you probably don’t understand how I feel about mount collecting before pre-patch. You have made it fairly clear that you don’t agree with my anxiety about it, so that’s not exactly playing myself.
Well pre-patch most likely won’t be today so you should be fine.
Blizzard is so slow about this I almost don’t care anymore. What’s the point of a prepatch we can try out all the new stuff if it’s going to be so close to launch. Save yourselves the trouble next expansion and just skip it

If it comes out on 6th that’s two weeks and one day. In fact has it ever been 14 days?
I don’t know why that stuff has to end with the patch as opposed to the actual launch of the expansion…

Have you seen the state of balance changes on the ptr? They’re still making massive and wild changes. They aren’t at the fine tuning phase yet.
no, they said corruptions goes away with the pre patch. no pre patch, its staying until it happens.
