I am pretty sure that we won’t get rated battleground blitz until the actual expansion drops.

It might be available for fun/testing with the proper rating system enabled in the same way rated solo shuffle was available during the DF prepatch. It won’t give vicious mount credit though since the season will be over. You can buy it later with a vicious saddle when they add it to the vendor (should be very early during TWW).

Really? I remember back in DF pre patch was able to get % toward vicious mount doing Rated SS.
I think it will be rated around September 10th when the new season starts.
Can’t wait.
I absolutely despise arena. Not just for the claustrophic gank someone fast sole objective, but also for all the addons and focus macros that create unnecessary learning curves.
And it pigeonholes you into specific specs to succeed.
Oh well if that happened then maybe there is a chance blitz will give credit during prepatch. Even if it doesn’t work, vicious saddles will be easy to farm during the season if you maintain a 1k+ CR.

You can farm this seasons mount during pre-patch from Solo Shuffle, 2s, 3s, RBGs, if you are above the required rating now in that content. Blitz isnt rated in Pre-patch.

I was hoping that too since SS got rated during DF prepatch.
It’s located in the Rated section now.

I can confirm that you can get the mount in pre-patch. I don’t seem to be making progress toward a 2nd saddle though… Is that no longer possible?
