I Pre-Order the Epic Edition of war within to get the 3 days head start and the character boost 2 days ago. I receive most of the bundle like the mounts pets and toys that came with the bundle. but i never receive the lvl 70 Boost. i knew it could take 1 days at max to receive it. But now i miss out on the entire Prepatch even and i will miss out on the lunch of the War within. Can we get this Fix before lunch in 12h ? so i can start playing when its out.
Standard check, but you applied the pre-order to the correct license on your account, and that’s the one you’re signing in to?
A couple questions come to mind:
- Did you upgrade from the Base or Heroic editions?
- Is the transaction showing as “Complete” in https://account.battle.net/transactions?
Boost is included in base, so this shouldn’t matter (unless OP is expecting to have gotten a 2nd from upgrading, which is not a thing)
i got the mount pet and everything els so i guess i did it right. lol
I’m confused by the title of the thread to the post at hand? Are you saying your pre-order is a scam?
Anyways, if your level boost has not come through, the next best thing would be to submit a ticket where a Game Master would be able to assist you more.
Level Boost though should show up on the Character Select Screen on the top-right corner next to the characters, so if it doesn’t show there, then yeah.
Yeah, that’s why I asked about upgrading from Base or Heroic, since you’d only receive one boost from the initial pre-purchase.
Mount and pet are battle.net account wide, they’re applied to all licenses on your account.
yes its complete and i have the World of warcraft: the war within Epic edition ubgrade complete in the status
What do you see listed here when looking at Account Management? Are you seeing more than one WoW license? If so, do they say Dragonflight or just WoW (with a number beside it OR a named license - from pre-Battle Net days)?

Example image from my page – only my WoW1 is upgraded to The War Within expansion.
Alternatively, do you have a dropdown list above PLAY on the launcher? If so, what does it show for the licenses there?
Did you upgrade from the Base or Heroic edition of The War Within? I ask this because you only get one boost from The War Within pre-purchase.
Claiming it’s a scam is a massive over-reaction.
You are skirting the question asked.
Did you already have the base version of the expansion before you upgraded to the Epic?
If so, No you do not get a 2nd boost since you already got it with the base version.
Calling it a scam is quite far fetch. As I said:
Customer Support will not be able to just give you the character boost.
Also, make sure which license you have purchased the upgrade on. Because the character boost will only be available to the license of the upgrade.
For example, if you upgrade WoW2, WoW1 will not have the character boost, WoW2 would.
based on the amount of times they’ve ignored this question, i wouldn’t be shocked.
Speaking of which:
You also did not by any chance already had the base edition of The War Within?
Thanks for pointing this out, should’ve asked this first, thanks Caps
Your funny if i cant play head start its a scam. They dont deliver the boost. I buy the epic version only. I dont try to claim 2 boost here i just want 1
Did you see my previous post?

Did the epic edition get attached to the wrong license perhaps?
Why on earth would Blizzard risk everything by scamming customers though?
Think about it…
Wow, you really went there.
Something that happened several years ago, and the company has devoted a lot of resources, time and money into ensuring that doesn’t happen again.
But of course it’s convenient for you to use that as an attack, just like you claim you 've been scammed.
Sorry, you don’t get to dictate who can or can’t post here.
CALM DOWN!
A scam would imply it is intentional and would likely happen to everyone, Rakanìshu, which is clearly not the case.
Thus, this is either a misunderstanding on your part, or it’s a glitch/failure in the purchase process. But a “scam”, no, of course not.
That said, you’re copping an attitude while not cooperating with those trying to help.
