They seem to do okay on a lot of the smaller or thinner races, but anything thicker? you can barely see them from the front.
One would expect bone wings to be fairly rigid but the ossteowings bounce like they are made out of rubber
Are there in game images? Not spending 90 bucks if they look tiny like some kid’s backpack from Hot Topic.
Regardless of your opinion on the animation, some effort is better than no effort.

They probably didn’t want clipping issues so they made them small. If people don’t mind the clipping, they should make them bigger. But if they made them bigger, then people would complain about the clipping.
At least that’s why I think they did this
I don’t have the wings, and I haven’t examined them in game, but I’m betting there are clipping issues anyway.
So it seems they look halfway decent for tiny and/or female characters.
They dont move but they look good on dark rangers when you use the black dragon flight ones, especially in the little cut scenes your toon show up in

Red eyes with forced chlorine green skin wearing warm-colored black wings with orange/yellow webbing and gold tips? Gross! But that’s for a night elf. The only thing I can picture the black wings on are specifically blood elf dark rangers (their forced skin is more neutral grey than green) in their belf gold and red mogs that other races can’t get. That’s way too limiting, though.
They should have made the wings more neutral color toned schemes, so matching would be more flexible. As artists, they should have a better understanding of the color wheel.

Why are they so afraid to give us decent wings? We’ve seen NPCs with them, we know they can make them. Give them to us already stop saving them for some reason.
Because we can’t have nice things, even if we pay real money for them.

I disagree.
I quite like that the pre-order wings look like crap.
It saves me money as there’s no need to buy more than the base edition.
I unfortunately, don’t get that luxury as I was gifted the epic pre-order before I even knew they existed 
And it if can’t be fixed…these need a mog cost of 0 gold.
the reapplies costing gold is the insult to injury here really.
the code is buggy…and I am expected to pay for that every time? Really?
